Cake pops are time-consuming affairs from the creation to shipping.

To ensure that customers receive their order in the same condition as it leaves the bakery, we guarantee that all our pops are checked thoroughly for cracks and other visual blemishes. We take meticulous care to package and ship your product and while we never expect damage to occur, POPular Treatz cannot be held responsible or offer refunds for any damage and/or delays that occur once your order has been shipped.

If you received a shipment and the shipping carton is damaged or crushed please contact us immediately and include a photo of the damaged shipping box so that we may process a refund with the shipping carrier which we will pass on to you.
